Employed as a Project Supervisor in the maintenance department at Sulphur Parks and Recreation. Twenty three year certified high school/college football official with the LHSAA having served as Head Referee in the 1998 Class A State Championship, 2005 Louisiana High School All Star game, and 2008 Class AAAA State Championship. Married to former Donna Leblanc with two children Melissa and Billy living in Carlyss, Louisiana.
Billy signed with the Cajuns track program in the fall of 2009 and walked on with the Cajun football team in 2010 as a Wide Receiver.
