I have four siblings who are USL/ULL Alumni: Doug Moore, Patti Moore, Rufus Blaise Moore and Lisa Moore. I taught in Jennings then served with Peace Corps in Serria Leone, Africa. Later I worked at a Dance Studio in Pheonix, AZ where I met and married Jerry Slason. In 1980 we returned to Lafayette. We have 3 wonderful children who are also Ragin’ Cajuns: Mary Beth, Sara and Jonah.
