Police Department, Atlanta, and a resident of Wasilla, Alaska, and Covington, Ga., he departed this life Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, at Abbey Hospice, Social Circle, Ga. He was 46 and a native of Amite. Visiting at MJR Friendly Service Home, 87 Paddio Johnson Lane, Greensburg, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31. Religious service at Turner Chapel AME Church, 731 Turner Chapel Road, Greensburg, at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment in the church cemetery. He was a graduate of Woodland High School, Amite, and University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Josette Hall, Covington; son, Miles Hall, Covington; mother, Bernice Atkins Hall, of Amite; father and stepmother, Adolph and Bertha Hall, Wasilla; three brothers, Carey Hall and wife Lorine, of Eagle River, Alaska, the Rev. Karl Hall and wife Thoa, of Wasilla, and William Anderson and wife Velma, of Snellville, Ga.; four sisters, Rita Hall Goodman, of Amite, Theresa Lyons and husband Gary, Judge Pamela Washington and husband Stephen, and Deatra Scott, all of Anchorage, Alaska; brother-in-law, Michael Goodman, Lithonia, Ga.; aunts and uncles, Atkins and Halls; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; and faithfully and devoted classmates of WHS, Class of 1983.
