Walked on in fall of 1978 after beginning school at USL in fall of 1977. Made team as a backup center under then head coach Augie Tamarillo and remained with team through two seasons. Played in one game against Cal-Poly Pomona at Cajun Field during 1979 season, and then left the team to concentrate on school. Have been employed here in Lafayette working for Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service/LSU AgCenter for past 22 years. Family (Wife-Ellie & Daughter-Niki) resides in Youngsville.
