My biological parents are JacQueline Mamou & Robert Simmons, though i’ve been blessed to have a step father as well: John Mamou.I have been an athlete for as long as i remember. I started with Volleyball then worked my way through other sports until I found one that I am most passionate about. Track. I have been to at least 30 of the 50 united states running track. (Baltimore, California, Miami, Indiana, Nebraska…)to name a few. I have been in competition under the WINGS track club my entire USA Junior track career. I’ve won gold, silver, bronze, and sometimes no medal at all but I always remain humble no matter how sweet the victory or devestating the defeat. “you are only as good as your last race”… I was once told by a very wise coach, and I keep that in mind everytime I step on the track. I am majoring in Pre Law and my minor in Sociology. After college graduation I plan to go to Law School. As far as track, I hope to someday go back to my old team and continue the legacy as many before me have done.
