Home Phone: 318-766-3564 Obituary: Mary Reynolds Bondurant Funeral sevices for Mary R. Bondurant, 75, of St. Joseph, will be held at Christ Episcopal Church on Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at 11 a.m. with Father Bob Cooper officiating. Interment will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Ferriday. Miss Bondurant was born April 29, 1930, in St. Joseph. She died Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, at her residence in St. Joseph. She was a retired school teacher, having taught in Franklin Parish for many years. She was active in Christ Episcopal Church also serving on the Vestry and Altar Guild, Bruin Vidal Daughters of the American Revolution, Order of the First Families of Mississippi, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Daughters of the War of 1812, Colonial Dames of the 17th Century, and Daughters of the American Colonist. Miss Bondurant was preceded in death by her father, Albert Gay Bondurant, and her mother, Mary Bondurant. Survivors include sister, Catherine Prince of Natchez, Miss.; brothers, Albert Gay Bondurant and wife Clotile of Baker, and Robert Kirk Bondurant of Quepos, Costa Rica; nieces, Catherine Ruth Prince of Natchez, and Cathy Bondurant McHugh and husband David of Zachary; nephew, Albert W. Bondurant and wife Lynn of Birmingham, Ala.; and three great-nephews, William, Daniel and Drake Bondurant of Birmingham, Ala. She was affectionately known as Aunt Mary by her surviving cousins. Pallbearers will be Michael Gray, George Gray, Albert W. Bondurant, Scott Watson, Harold Clark, and William Bondurant. Honorary pallbearers are W.W. Watson, Phillip Watson, James McNew, and Mike Gray. The family will receive friends at Christ Episcopal church from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, 2005. The Franklin Sun Winnsboro, LA December 14, 2005
