Mark was an HPE Graduate Assistant in the Spring 1989 and taught racquet sports and health.

Assistant Coach of National Team Champion and NCAA Singles Champion at University of Georgia – 1994;
Head Coach of SEC Champion University of Kentucky – 2005;
SEC Coach of the Year – 2003 and 2005;
NCAA National Coach of the Year – 2005;
ACC Coach of the Year – 2006;
Head Coach of 3-time ACC Team/Tournament Champion University of Virginia – 2014 and 2015;
Head Coach of 2-time NCAA Singles Champion at UVA;
Former collegiate and professional Coach of current top 25 WTA Professional and Grand Slam semifinalist (Australian Open – 2019).
