MA in 1976 in Elementary Education with certification in Kindergarten.
Married Robert Barry, Jr. in 1954. He received his Ph.D.in Horticulture from Texas A & M in 1960. Robert retired from UL as a professor of Horticulture in 1985. We are parents of eight children, all of whom attended USL for their undergraduate studies.
