Earned a letter in 1992 and was named GTE First Team Academic All-American that same year. Was graduated Salutatorian in the spring semester of 1992 and was named Outstanding Graduate in the College of Business Administration. Completed law degree at LSU in 1996 and passed the Louisiana State Bar Exam in July of that same year. Financial advisor and partner in the Pinnacle Group, an insurance and financial services firm in Lafayette since 1996.
