I graduated with a BA in 1992. For the past 14 years I have been a professional in the insurance industry. I have held management positons with State Farm and Allstate. I am currently the proud owner and president of The Adjuster School. We offer Property & Casualty Pre-Licensing courses for individuals that are interested in obtaining the highly recognized Texas Property & Casualty Adjusters License to begin a career as an Insurance Adjuster.

I am married to Angelia Baltazar-Thomas. We have been married for 14 years with two children – Lee Eric “Deuce” Thomas, II, 12 & Ashley Thomas, 18.
