Played Baseball for the Ragin’ Cajuns (Catcher/First Base) in 1978-79 for Don Lockwood and 1980 under Mel Didier. Played semi-pro Baseball in 1979 with other Cajun players for the Lafayette Roughnecks and won the Southeast Texas League. One of most memorable moments was traveling to Nicholls State near home town and sweeping a doubleheader from the Colonels to open their new stadium, Raymond Didier Field.
