Home Phone: 337-981-2603 I was a member of the inaugural women’s soccer team at UL in 2000. It was a great honor and privilege to be able to play Division I soccer here in my hometown. Following my college career, I served as an assistant coach for the team in 2002, under Coach Dave Poggi. I graduated in Exercise Physiology and later went to graduate school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where I received a Master’s degree in Medical Science and a second bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. I returned home after PA school and starting practicing here in Lafayette. I worked as a PA in neurosurgery for 4 years, and have just recently transitioned into orthopaedic surgery. I enjoy being able to practice at home and care for this community. Returning to sports medicine has also been a wonderful experience for me. I have also been involved in coaching the local youth, most recently coaching an under 5 boys team, the “Gators.” I hope to continue to have the opportunity to coach and give back to the local soccer community that gave me so much growing up.
