Men’s Tennis: Ragin’™ Cajuns fall to Mississippi State 7-0

STARKVILLE, Miss. – The Louisiana Men’s Tennis team dropped its fourth match of the year to Mississippi State, 7-0, on Friday night.

Mississippi State won the doubles point to start the match, but newly minted No. 1 doubles pair of Xandy Hammitt and Karlo Kajin took No. 29 ranked Florian Broska and Nicholas Ocana, 3-3, before the match was deemed unfinished. 

In singles, Ivailo Keremedchiev was able to keep it respectable against No. 87 Florian Broska, his second-straight ranked opponent, but fell 6-4, 6-2. 

After playing its third Power 5 opponent in the last seven days, Louisiana will have a small break before playing at Texas A&M-CC next Friday.
