June 1, 2024 SIP Features the 2018 Reunion of the Spirit Groups and the Formation of Their First Alumni Chapter

On November 9 & 10, 2018, current and former Cheerleaders and Ragin’ Jazz, held their first joint reunion, along with former members of the Sweethearts and Red Jackets. They held activities on Friday and Saturday and were recognized at half-time of the Football game on Saturday. Please click below the SIP photo on the home page to be taken to that Photo Gallery.

The entire university community, especially our current and former athletic teams, are very appreciative of the manner in which our “Spirit Groups” supported our former teams. They have been “class acts” and wonderful ambassadors for the university.
