WGSO, which carried selected games in 2010, enters its second year on the broadcast network with coverage expanded to all 12 games on the schedule. WGSO serves the Northshore, as well as the city of New Orleans. "It’s very important to be heard nearly everywhere in the State of Louisiana," UL coach Mark Hudspeth said. "Our fans and alumni can now catch our games on the radio everywhere in the state and not many universities can say that. It shows our commitment to football." The addition of KTUX (99X) provides not only reach into northwest Louisiana, but also covers southwest Arkansas and the Longview/Marshall/Carthage area of Texas.
