Track & Field Reunion Update – Names of Attendees Updated As Information ReceivedNote: Track & Field honorees – registration will be from mid-morning until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Registration will be near the entrance to the Track Complex. It is important that registration be completed by 2:00 so the introductions may be done in an efficiently organized manner.
The fee for the crawfish boil will also be collected at that time. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

1. Friday, March 19th – UL is sponsoring the Louisiana Classics – high school division (8 Girls / 8 Boys Teams). Field Events @ 3:30 P.M. – Track Events start at 5:30 P.M. Early arrivals may come to the meet and Baja Bar and Grill (across from Track Complex) has agreed to reserve a section for us after 7:00 P.M. UL gear (hats/shirts etc.) may be purchased here (tentative arrangement). Claude has also made arrangements for an area at Peartree Inn at University & I-10 for people to meet after the Baja visit. – UL is sponsoring the Louisiana Classics – (8 Girls / 8 Boys Teams). 2. Saturday, March 20th – UL – Louisiana Classics Collegiate Meet – Field Events @ 10:00 A.M. / Track Events @ 1:00 P.M. – Tommy Badon ( tbadon@wcala.org c:(337)945-6961) and Claude Revels (Claude.Revels@jmfamily.com Phone: p: (904) 378-4629 c: (904) 219-9012 ) will man a table just outside the main entrance gate. Registration of profiles will take place and an arm pass will be provided for reunion honorees to enter the meet.
A) Those attending the crawfish boil at Cajun Field at 6:30 P.M. will pay $25.00 per person – your spouse or friend is welcome. You need to confirm by Tuesday March 16th a firm number (1 or 2) with Claude Revels, Tommy Badon or Ricky Domingues (Ed’s wife at erdomingues@aol.com or cell 337-298-6020 or home 337-367-1100) so we can plan accurately.
B) There will be reserved section in the stands for honorees and their guest and a hospitality tent on the field which will also be used by the track and field officials.
C) Recognition will take place about 3:30 P.M. and will be done by era’s – 50’s – 60’s – 70’s etc. Information taken from registration profiles will be used. All mentioned and special recognitions of All Americans, school record holders, and all-conference (1,2,3) honorees by groups.
D) Crawfish Boil will be held in the concourse of the football stadium (rain or shine) at 6:30 P.M. Crawfish will be served to those who have a paid/colored arm band. Soft drinks and beer will be available to all who attend at no charge.
