Golf: Louisiana Wraps Up Fall Schedule At Hoakalei Invitational
Dubinski, Goulas each fire 1-over 73 as Cajuns finish 16th overall

EWA BEACH, Hawaii – Hudson Dubinski and Micah Goulas each posted rounds of 1-over-par 73 and the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Men’s Golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2019-20 season with a 16th-place finish on Wednesday at the Hoakalei Country Club Invitational.
Hunter Hammett and Jack Tolson each fired a 2-over 74 while Charlie Flynn posted a 78 for Louisiana, which posted a team score of 6-over 294 in the final round and finished at 11-over 875 for the 54-hole tournament.
Dubinski (72-71-73-216) finished in a tie for 31st-place to lead the Ragin’ Cajuns with Goulas (80-68-73-221) and Hammett (72-75-74-221) each finishing tied for 62nd. Tolson finished at 9-over 225 for Louisiana with Flynn finishing one shot back at 10-over 226.
Second-day co-leader East Tennessee claimed the team championship after shooting a 13-under 273 for the day to finish the three-day event at 835 and nine shots ahead of Ole Miss (844). Louisville finished third in the 20-team field at 845 with Cal State-Fullerton finishing fourth (857) and San Diego and Kansas City tied for fifth at 859.
ETSU’s Shiso Go claimed medalist honors after shooting a 6-under 66 in the final round and finishing at 202 for the event – five shots ahead of a group of four golfers.
Louisiana will open the spring portion of its schedule on Feb. 10, 2020 at the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate in Mobile, Ala.
