Report from Charlie Wimberley, SLI Track & Field 1953-56

Ran this weekend in Boston at the National Indoor Masters Championships, found out which lane was downhill all
the way around and had the following results:

400 Meters 1st

4 X 200 Meter Relay 1st I ran the anchor leg. We broke the previous American Record for the 80 to 89 age group by several seconds

4 X 800 Meter Relay 2nd and again ran the anchor leg Ran with a younger team (age 70-79) (I’m 80)
