Former Basketball, Former Coach: LCA Basketball Day Honors Boys and Girls Teams

Lafayette Christian Academy’s Boys’ and Girls’ basketball teams were honored at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 proclaiming it "LCA Basketball Day"

 

The two teams came off a stellar season capturing State Titles for the respective programs.

 

The girls team is coached by former Lady Cajuns Coach, Errol Rogers , while the boys team is coached by former Cajun standout and Hall of Famer, Byron Starks.

 

Coach Rogers and Coach Starks led their teams to the first State Title in school history.

Jerseys for both boys and girls programs are displayed at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, the home of the Pelicans.
