Football Season Ticket Campaign Begins
Cajuns Seek To Set School Season Ticket Record For A Third Consecutive Year

LAFAYETTE, La. — Season tickets for the 2013 Ragin’ Cajuns football season are now available for purchase with a May 10 deadline set for priority seating for both renewed and new season ticket orders.

Renewal notices will be mailed out to season ticket holders this week, who will then have until May 10 to renew.

“Big-time college football programs sell a large number of season tickets each year. We need our fans to step up and support the Cajuns more than ever this year as we try to reach new heights,” Hudspeth said.

Under the UL ticket policy, allocation of all new requests and upgrades that meet the deadline will receive priority. Donors to the 2013 RCAF Annual Fund will receive first priority based on their level of giving.

New season ticket requests from non-RCAF members will be filled next on a first-come, first-served basis.

“Purchasing season tickets is one way for our fans to show their support and help Coach Hudspeth continue building this program,” senior associate athletic director Ken Winstead said.

“This is the best time for Ragin’ Cajuns football fans to purchase season tickets. By acting by the May 10 deadline, they will guarantee themselves of getting the best seats available in Cajun Field.”

Those fans wishing to purchase new season tickets or season ticket holders who wish to buy additional seats are encouraged to act as quickly as possible. All orders received by May 10 will receive seating priority.

After May 10, all requests will be filled in the order that they are received.

Reserved seat season tickets begin at $125 for the 2013 season with general admission seats costing $100. There is also a Family 5 Pak of general admission seats available for $350.

Fans can purchase tickets by downloading the ticket order form online in the tickets section on RaginCajuns.com, by calling the Cajundome Ticket office at (337) 265-2357 or by sending an email to ultickets@cajundome.com.

Last year, Ragin’ Cajuns fans purchased 10,878 football season tickets, a 33-percent increase from the previous record of 8,125 sold in 2012.
