Extra Yard for Teachers – Recognition Scheduled for Oct. 12 at App St. Game – response requestedRagin’ Cajuns Athletics will host their annual Extra Yard for Teachers promotion at Cajun Field for Appalachian State football game on Wednesday, October 12 at 7 PM. As part of the promotion that will take place during the game, Athletics would like to have an on-field recognition for as many former student-athletes that are currently K through 12 teachers and/or administrators.
If you are interested in attending the game and taking part in the on-field recognition, please email Rob Stewart at Rob.Stewart@louisiana.edu. Former student-athletes (from any sport) that participate will receive two complimentary tickets to the game. The deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, October 11, at 12 PM.
