Cross Country: Limoh Finishes Third At NCAA Regionals; Headed To Nationals — Men finish 10thFAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Freshman Stanley Limoh covered the men’s 10-kilometer course in 30 minutes, 4.7 seconds to finish third overall and help the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns cross country team to a 10th-place finish at the NCAA South Central Regional on Friday at Agri Park. Limoh earned one of four at-large spots to the NCAA National Championships that is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19 in Terre Haute, Ind. Limoh was one of three Sun Belt runners to earn an at-large spot as he was joined by UT Arlington’s Craig Lautenslager and Michael Guerrero, and men’s individual champion Emmanuel Rotich of Tulane. Arkansas claimed the men’s title – and one of two automatic berths to the NCAA Championships – with 40 points and was followed by Texas (40), UTA (135), Texas A&M (150), Baylor (170), Lamar (184), Rice (224), Texas State (227), North Texas (249) and Louisiana (258). Matt Rice finished 45th overall for the Ragin’ Cajuns 31:51.6 with Beau Robinson finishing 60th (32:15.7), Dylan Heck 72nd (32:32.0) and Bryce Robinson 109th (33:37.9). Cole Stafford finished 115th for Louisiana (34:07.9) and Jacob Chicola was 117th (34:08.8). Courtney Musgrove (23:21.0) finished 87th for Louisiana in the women’s 6K race with Lindsay LaGarde (23:22.6) finishing 89th among 144 runners in the event. Arkansas and Baylor earned the top two spots to advance to the national championships
