Athletics: Student-Athletes Spread Halloween Spirit At Local Hospital

Student-Athletes Halloween

Ragin’ Cajuns student-athletes spent part of their Thursday giving back to the community by spreading Halloween cheer to patients at Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Over 30 student-athletes, wearing fun costumes, interacted with the children and distributed Halloween cards, crafts and goody bags.

The annual visit was coordinated by the UL Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

With the Ragin’ Cajuns Homecoming game against ULM set for Saturday, members of the UL football team also attended the UL Child Development Center’s Homecoming Parade. Donovon Williams, Karmichael Dunbar, Effrem Reed, Mykhael Quave, Ethan Rosenbalm and Dominique Tovell represented the Ragin’ Cajuns at the event and helped lead in "Geaux Cajun" cheers with the children.
