Hello All,

Jim is in Little Rock and underwent his second stem cell transplant last Thursday August 9th. By yesterday he was neutrapenic (meaning his immune system is bottoming out) from the heavy chemotherapy he received last Wednesday. The next week or so will be the worst stretch for him, as it was after the first transplant. He told me he is on a new medication to help with the nausea so hopefully it will work better. While neautrpenic Jim wears a mask if they go out at all as infection is a big enemy when the immune system, as you know, is all but non-existent. Please continue praying for Jim and his family.
