Former University of Louisiana baseball standout Jonathan Lucroy, a third round selection of the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2007 MLB Draft, was chosen to write an on-line journal where he will periodically post his thoughts on playing baseball for the North Shore Honu of the Hawai’i Winter Baseball League. Lucroy made an immediate impact for the Rookie-level Helena Brewers of the Pioneer League, hitting .342 in 61 games.
