Pictures From All 1980s L’Acadiens Posted in AN Photo Gallery – Completes 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s

L’Acadien pictures for the 1984 (Blue Yearbook) have been posted. You may recall there are two yearbooks dated 1984, one white (USL 1983-84)  and one blue (U of L 1984). Perhaps the university name change had something to do with this.

The good news is that the pictures for sports teams and support groups for the decade of the 1980s have all been posted. While about 50 % of the pictures in the L’Acadien for the years 1912 (1st L’Acadian) to 1949 have been posted, the pictures for sports teams and support groups for the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s have all be posted.

Click on the photo gallery on the left and a menu of over 40 photo galleries will appear. Click on the gallery of your choice and the years with pictures for that gallery will appear. For example, Football contains 84 photo galleries counting two reunions – Faulkinberry in 2005 and Tammeriello in 2006. Once in a gallery, click on the thumbnail picture to enlarge it and clicking on the enlarged picture reverses the process. The entire photo gallery is a point and click arrangement.

The Athletic Network endeavors to post pictures of all teams and support groups for each year they represented the university.
