Former Football: Rolle signs with Texans

Former UL free safety Maurice Rolle signed an undrafted free agent deal with the Houston Texans on Tuesday.
The Lauderhill, Fla. native played in only six games with the Cajuns last year and recorded 17 total tackles, one interception and two pass breakups. As a junior, Rolle played in 10 games and had 33 tackles, three interceptions and six passes defended.
During his freshman and sophomore seasons, Rolle played in a total of 14 games and had 26 tackles, two forced fumbles and one PBU.
Rolle was one of 18 undrafted free agents signed by the Texans on Tuesday.
