Dear Mr. Russo:

It is a privilege and pleasure to inform you that you have been nominated by the Louisiana American Italian Sports Hall of Fame Committee to be inducted into the Louisiana American Italian Sports Hall of Fame at our banquet on Saturday, January 19, 2013.  The event will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in the Napoleon Room.  Cocktails begin at 6 p.m. with dinner following at 7 p.m.  As a guest of honor, you will be seated at the dais.  Attire for the occasion is tuxedos for men and “After Five” for women.  You will receive a complimentary ticket for a guest.

Since you have accepted this honor, we will need a photo and a bio for our promotional materials.  Please e-mail these items to coordinator Jennifer McCausland, jlmccausland@gmail.com, at your earliest convenience.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or Jennifer at (504) 522-7294.

We are thrilled that you have accepted our invitation to be one of this year’s inductees.  It is our mission to acknowledge and preserve the many accomplishments of Italian Americans who have excelled in their careers, and we look forward to celebrating your achievements at the upcoming banquet.

Sincerely,

Frank Maselli,Chairman
