Information below provided by Herbie Schilling (April 25, 2018)regarding his mom ending her teaching tenure at USL

She only quit teaching because she was told that she couldn’t instruct students what they had to wear to attend her class. Her response was, ” I am here to teach them to be business professionals and dressing properly is part of that education.”

When the administration said the students only had to meet school dress requirements, which was greatly relaxed in the early 70’s, she told them they could teach them, she was retiring.
