After graduating from USL, I taught and coached for eight years at Kaplan High School. Then served as an Assistant Principal for 3 yrs at Henry High, Principal for 14 yrs at three different schools, Assistant Superintendent for 4 yrs, and finally served as Superintendent for 6 yrs for the Vermilion Parish School System. I then retired in August of 2013 after 35 yrs as an educator. I’m currently teaching Math in the same classroom where I started 40 yrs ago.
