Home Phone: -- Obituary: Antonio David “Butch” Bourgeois, III – Football 1982-85 – September 14, 2013 Obituary Antonio Dave “Butch” Bourgeois III ORANGE, TEXAS – Antonio Dave “Butch” Bourgeois III, 49 of Lafayette, LA, passed away September 14, 2013 at Lafayette General Hospital surrounded by his family and friends. He was born to the late Antonio Dave Bourgeois Jr. and Bonnie Jewel Broussard on August 5, 1964 in Marshall, TX and moved to Lafayette, LA in 1982 to play football for USL. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Walker and their four children; Maya Bourgeois, Antonia Bourgeois, Antonio Bourgeois IV, and Ollie Bourgeois. Brothers; Daryl Keith Bourgeois (McKay), Damian Lamor Bourgeois (Ternia), Patrick K. Jones Sr (Autumn) all of Orange, TX. One sister; Neysa Thibodeaux of Orange, TX. Two Uncles; Lawrence Smith of Marshall, TX and James Bourgeois of Houston, TX. Aunts; Anita Sonnier of Orange, TX, Naomi Smith of Rayville, LA, and Evelyn Faye Smith of Marshall, TX. Mother-in-law; Cywilla Walker. Brother-in-laws; Ronald Walker (Ona) of Port Arthur, TX, Bernard Walker, Tommy Walker (Maxine), Terry Walker, and Craig Walker all of Lafayette, LA. Sister-in-laws; Gloria Henry (Mervin), Barbara Walker (Sam), Peggy Walker, and Fabian Hardy (Craig) all of Lafayette, LA and Bernita Goldsmith (Charles) of Cypress, TX along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Bourgeois Jr. and his mother, Bonnie Jewel Broussard. Paternal Grandparents; Antonio Bourgeois and Claudia Bourgeois. Maternal Grandparents; RL Smith and Ollie Smith. Father-in-law, Wilton Walker, Sr. Sister-in-law; Cynthia Walker and two nephews; Mervin Henry Jr. and Justin Walker.
