OBITUARY
Ronald Francis Peck

LAFAYETTE – Funeral Services will be held at an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 25, 2010 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Ronald F. Peck, 75, who passed away on March 23, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center.

Father Joseph Daly, Pastor of Episcopal Church of the Ascension, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in Lafayette Protestant Cemetery.

Mr. Peck, a resident of Lafayette, LA , was the son of the late Fred Peck of Lafayette, LA and the former Louise Dupuis of Lafayette, LA. He was a member of Episcopal Church of the Ascension. Ronald was a retired financial advisor for UBS . Mr. Peck graduated from Cathedral and SLI (ULL) where he lettered in golf for four years. He served in the Marine Corps with honor during the Korean War. Ronald was a successful financial advisor for over 50 years.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed “The Saints”, fishing, golf and most of all spending time with family, friends and his grandchildren. He was an avid supporter of UL(especially athletics). He exemplified humility, compassion and character and was admired by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his devoted Wife, Charlotte Parkerson Peck; two sons, Ronald Peck and his wife Shari and Jason Peck; grandchildren, Cameron and Madison Peck, Meghan and Tyler Briley; and one brother, Nathan Peck and wife Hilde.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louise Dupuis Peck and Fred Peck.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from Wednesday 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume Thursday at 8 a.m. until Service Time.

Pallbearers will be Camille Quoyeser, Pete Martin, Bob Lowe, Steve Duncan, Dr. Robert Romero, Dr. Russel Romero, Linden Bercegeay and Randy Keller. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dan Peck, Bill Braun, Jim Roy, Michael Doumit, J.C. Chargois, Grover Miller, Dennis Ehrhardt, Wayne Dupuis and Alfred Richard. Eulogist will be Camille Quoyeser.
