Softball: 2019 Louisiana Television Broadcast Schedule Set

Six contests to appear in primetime slots on CST or ESPN�

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Athletics announced on Thursday the television broadcast schedule for the 2019 Ragin' Cajuns Softball season.
Six games slated for Lamson Park are scheduled to air in primetime television slots on either Cox Sports Television (CST) or ESPN�.
Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame member Dan McDonald will serve as the play-by-play announcer for all broadcasts. Fellow Louisiana Sports Hall of Famer and NFCA and Louisiana Athletics Hall of Fame inductee Yvette Girouard will join McDonald for ESPN� broadcasts beginning on March 15.
Below is the complete broadcast schedule:

  • Saturday, Feb. 9 vs. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi – 4:30 p.m. – ESPN�
  • Monday, Mar. 11 vs. Baylor – 6:00 p.m. – Cox Sports Television (CST)
  • Friday, Mar. 15 vs. Troy – 6:00 p.m. – ESPN�
  • Friday, Apr. 5 vs. UT Arlington – 6:00 p.m. – ESPN�
  • Thursday, Apr. 18 vs. Georgia State – 6:00 p.m. – ESPN�
  • Friday, Apr. 26 vs. Coastal Carolina – 6:00 p.m. – ESPN�
All other home games will be streamed live, free of charge, at RaginCajuns.com/Watch.
ESPN's multi-sport, direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service, ESPN� is available on a subscription basis for $4.99 per month. Viewing is available online at WatchESPN.com or through the ESPN App.
The 2019 season, the second for Louisiana under the guidance of head coach Gerry Glasco, begins on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. at Lamson Park vs. Fordham in the opening contest of the Ragin' Cajuns Classic.
• Season tickets, beginning at $100, are available online at RaginCajuns.com using Account Manager, by calling the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office at (337) 265-2170 or by visiting the ticket office in person Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and extended hours during Ragin' Cajuns basketball events.
• Fans who purchase season tickets receive priority access for any potential NCAA postseason games held at Lamson Park.
