RCAF: Cajun Concierge Benefit To Be Offered by RCAF
RCAF staff members to provide personalized customer service to RCAF investors
LAFAYETTE - Building strong relationships with fans and supporters is one of the core missions of the Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Foundation (RCAF), and department staffers will now be personally assigned to RCAF investors to bring an extraordinary level of customer service to Louisiana's donor base.
Starting with RCAF investors at the $1,500 giving level who are eligible for benefits, the Cajun Concierge program will allow supporters of the RCAF to individually receive attention from development staff on the matters of membership levels, season tickets, parking, priority points and more as it relates to their overall experience with the Ragin' Cajuns.
"The mission of the RCAF is to build relationships that provide the resources to enhance the experience of Louisiana student-athletes," said Lee De Leon, Deputy Director of Athletics and Executive Director of the RCAF. "In order for us to do that effectively, we need to provide the highest level of customer service, and the Cajun Concierge program will allow us to do that."
RCAF investors will be introduced to their concierge contact by way of mail and electronic communication. This exciting new benefit for the 2019-20 season will provide loyal supporters a direct line to an individual in the athletics department for the handling of all needs and inquiries. Your Cajun Concierge is also the person to call if you have questions about upcoming deadlines, events and other important dates.
Fans and supporters are reminded that eligibility for RCAF benefits starts with an investment of $50 or more to the Annual Fund.
