Federal Credit Union: Monica Declouet Named New CEO of UL Federal Credit UnionJoin the Athletic Network as we congratulation Monica Declouet as she assumed the CEO duties of the UL Federal Credit Union on May 1, 2019.
Above photo was taken Monica’s first day as CEO. The staff surprised her with a decorated office. Monica has been a part of the credit union movement and with ULFCU for the past 22 years. She has served as Executive Vice President since 2014 and has served as receptionist, teller, member service representative, loan officer and operations manager. She is a 2006 graduate of Southeast Regional CUNA Management School from the University of Georgia. “Monica has and will remain an amazing asset to the UL Federal Credit Union. Her passion for the movement and our credit union is contagious,” says Bill Crist, Chairman of the Board of Directors for ULFCU. Monica says she is honored that the Board of Directors selected her to serve as the next UL Federal Credit Union President and CEO. “The experiences and training I have received during my many years here have prepared me for this new role. It is an exciting transition and I am anxious to begin my first year. I am looking forward to honoring Mrs. Debbie Kidder’s legacy, while working to develop and achieve my own objectives. With the support of my staff, I will be the best leader I can be.
